Each and every one of our helpers is more than capable of dealing with the typical minor emergencies that can occur with any baby or childcare situation. For parents with live-in support the reassurance of on site help can virtually remove the “what if” anxiety of parenthood. But what about parents who use Essential Nannying for part time or temporary services?

Additional Support for Essential Nannying Customer’s

If you fall in to this category, we can upgrade your support to include around the clock, seven day emergency/advice and assistance with our Premier Service. At present the Essential Nannying Premier Service is only available in Surrey where we have a network of Professionals who are able to give you immediate telephone advice supported by on-call GPs, with immediate access to London’s leading Paediatric Hospitals. It’s not only the linking up of health care we manage but also we are there to take those “what do I do now?” questions that can be easily answered over the phone by an experienced person.
